Be a Project Head! 

A few projects for the coming semester still need Project Heads. 
New members are not eligible to be Project Heads until next schoolyear, 
but you are highly encouraged to join a Project Team by being C++ members.
 

 

 


 


How to apply as a Project Head:

Step 1: Download the attached rar file. Extract the files and open the PowerPoint document named PH Application Kit.pps to see the list of projects for the semester you want to apply for. Also, read about the Project Team (PT) structure and the roles of each member of the PT.

  

Step 2: After deciding on what project you would like to head and after learning about your responsibilities, fill up the attached application form named PH Application Form.doc.

 

Step 3: Email your application to phpapplications@compsat.org with the subject as PHP_[Surname] _[First Name] on or before August 30 11:59 pm.  

Step 4: Wait for announcements regarding your acceptance to the PHP on September 3 after the CompSAt Executive Board and Associates' Council deliberation. 

 

Important Dates: 

August 16               Start of the PHP Hunt!

August 30               Deadline of PHP application submissions

September 3          Release of list of applicants accepted to the PHP and their assigned projects

 

September 6          PH and C++ Seminar

September 10      Deadline of C++ recruitment


Notes: 

·       We do not guarantee that you will get one of your top 3 projects. The EB will base their decision on where they deem you appropriate. Nonetheless, we assure you that your preference will be considered. 

 

 

 

 

·       Project Heads can head only one project in a semester. A PH, however, can be a part of the core team of another project.
